Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant and ex parte hearing of the case as last chance.

The complainant is absent on repeated calls.  None for the complainant is present and no steps is taken.  Cause as per order dated 01.04.2024 is not shown by the complainant.

It appears that the complainant remained absent since 25.01.2024.  It is now 12.50 p.m.

In view of the above, it seems to us that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the Consumer Complaint.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the Consumer Complaint be and the same is dismissed for default.
