ORDER

          Sh. Harsimranjit Singh, Asstt. Banquet Manager of OP has handed over a cheque of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the dispute.  The same has been duly received by the complainant subject to realization.  The complainant wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh if the cheque is not honoured. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  However, the complainant would be at to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned
