            Today is fixed for admission hearing.

            Ld. Advocate for the complainants is present.

            Before taken up admission hearing,  Ld. Advocate for the complainants has not pressed the consumer complaint by making an endorsement on its margin to that effect.

 In view of above aspect, we are not incliend to admit the consumer complaint and also  dismissed in limini.

            Liberty be given to the complainants to file afresh on the same cause of action, if not barred by limitation.
