Final Order / Judgement

Both parties are present & file haziras. Heard both parties on the merit of the case. In course of hearing advocate on behalf of O.P No.1 submitted that he has already paid the P.F dues as per the entitlement of the complainant.  Authorized representative of O.Ps No. 2 & 3 Sri Rashmi  Ranjan Das (Enforcement Officer) present in the Forum submitted that  the complainant has receiving his pension benefit of Rs.1599/- per month as per his entitlement  . Complainant present in the Forum admitted to have received his pension as well as P.F dues from O.Ps.  Claim of the complainant is pertaining to gratuity dues only. Which is not maintainable.   If suggested the complainant may file the dispute in proper Forum.

                       Accordingly the complaint is dismissed without cost and compensation on any parties.
