Reshma Rani aged about 34 years wife of late Shri Vedpal Village Dabarki, Post Office Nalipar, District Karnal, now residing at Ward No.10, Village Gudha, District Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case is fixed for evidence of the OP. Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. As per compromise, the complainant has received a cheque bearing No.500994 dated 10.12.2024 of Rs.1,00,000/- from the OP. Nothing is due towards the OP. On the instructions of the complainant, he withdraw the present complaint being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. 

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
