     2.       ICICI Bank Limited, through its Branch Manager, LIC Building, Jagadhri Road,      Ambala Cantt-133001.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that the matter has been settled between the parties. OPs are ready to waive of dues of credit card of complainant within 30 days. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement given by the learned counsel for the OPs and agrees with the same, therefore, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OPs and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
