Final Order / Judgement

Complainant is absent.Sri sukanta kumar Jena(Legal) is present and files hazira.Heard.Perused the written version along with documents in xerox filed by the Ops as well as case record.

In view of aforesaid abservation it is found that the complainant surpress the truth and complainant against the assessment made by the assessing offices u/s 126 EA Act or against the offences committed u/s 135 to U/S 140 of the electricity Act,2003 as the inspection conducted on 14.09.21 for unauthorized use of electricity.

However an amount Rs 28641 extent against the complainant. Hence it is view that the complainant case is not maintainable and dismissed accordingly.
