            Sh.Deepak Aggarwal-Counsel for complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“As this Forum has no jurisdiction to decide the matter, so I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves her right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action with a Forum having pecuniary jurisdiction in the matter.”

 

 

            In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action with a Forum having pecuniary jurisdiction in the matter, as per law.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
