Today is fixed for hearing the petition filed by the Complainant. The Complainant is found absent on call. The record shows that no step was taken by the Complainant on 22.07.20, 06.10.20, 29.12.20, 19.02.21, 22.04.21, 07.07.21, 12.11.21, 20.04.22, 28.06.22, 27.09.22, 19.01.23, 10.05.23, 10.07.23, 26.09.23, 16.01.24 and today i.e. 02.05.24.
The Complainant filed the case praying for passing an order directing the OP to continue the Mediclaim policy of the Complainant or give back the money with interst and compensation.
We peruse the materials on record.
Ld. Advocate of the Complainant Monalisha Dutta Thakur filed a petition on 11.03.2020 informing this court that the Complainant died. Since that time i.d. on and from 11.03.2020 no substitution application is filed. No steps is being taken by anyone on behalf of the deceased Complainant.
Such being the postion, we are of the view that the instant complaint is liable to be dismissed.
In the result, the Consumer case fails.
Fees paid are correct. Hence, it is

that the complaint Case No. CC/126/2018 be and the same is dismissed on merit against the OPs.
Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
