ORDER DATE-12/03/1997. The respondents are directed to refund the rental charges recovered from the complainant for the period from 14-3-96 to 22-6-96 or to adjust the same in the future bills. The respondents are also directed to pay a cost of Rs.300/- to the complainant. The respondents shall comply the above direction within one month from date of the receipt of this order.
