Complainant files this Misc. Application praying for amendment of the prayer portion of the petition of complaint.

The Ld. Advocate for the complainant prays for rectification in the 7^th page of the application 3^rd line from the top after the words “Opposite parties” words “along with interest @20%p.a. from the date of payment till realization” will be inserted. In the 7^th page of the application the prayer no.(a) after the word “only” the words “along with interest @20%p.a. from the date of payment till realization” will be inserted.

Perused the petition of complainant and the Misc. Application.

It seems to us that the rectification is formal in nature and does not change the character and nature of the petition of complaint.

Hence it is allowed.

Thus, the Misc. Application no. 181/2023 is disposed of.
