          Complainant is found absent without any step. Now it is 2:31 p.m. the Complainant is found absent on repeated calls. On a close scrutiny of the materials on record it appears that since long the Complainant is absent in the Court. No S/R has yet been received.

          From the materials available in the case record it cannot be ascertained whether the Complainant has taken any step to serve the notice upon the other side.

          Under such circumstances and also considering the conduct of the Complainant this Commission is of view that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case and such conduct of the Complainant cannot be adored by a court of law.

Hence,

It is ordered:-

That the case being no. C.C./181/2021 be and the same is dismissed for default.
