ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     Complainant filed address proof of Chandigarh. However, Sh.Gian Chand, Complainant claims that policy was issued in his name. However, photocopy of the policy/premium receipt shown in the name of Jagdeep Singh has been annexed as Annexure C-2. It does not pertain to the complainant. There is no policy document in the name of complainant. Hence, this consumer complaint, after retaining its photocopy, be returned to the complainant with the remarks that complaint of the complainant may be drafted in the manner on the basis of policy document, if any in his name and then to represent before the Commission.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of charge. After compliance, the file be consigned
