ORDER

 

            The complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“Due to technical defect, I do not press this complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, I reserve my right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect.”

 

 

            In view of the statement made by complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect, as per law.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
