Final Order / Judgement

           Today is fixed for showing cause by the Complainant for his non-appearance on the previous date. The Ld. Advocate for the OP Nos. 1,2 & 3 is present by filing Hazira. None appears on behalf of the Complainant. From the order sheet it appears that he was conspicuous by his absence in the past. The Complianant appears to have lost interest in the present case. It is next to impossible for this Forum to run the case with repeated absence of the complainant. As such, the case is destined to be dismissed.

          Hence, it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for default.
