Today is fixed for admission hearing.

When this matter is taken up for consideration ld. Advocate for the complainant side moved the petition filed under section 5 of limitation act.  Over the issue of condonation of delay.  

 Heard ld. Advocate for the complainant. Considered submission.

On close examination of the said petition filed under section 5 of limitation act, it appears that delay of each and every day after 27^th February, 2022 has not been explained.  Moreover, the said application filed under section 5 of the limitation act is also bereft of any documents.  Considering these aspects, the prayer for condonation of delay is rejected.

As this case is barred by limitation, this complaint case is not admitted.  So this complaint case 76/23 be and the same is dismissed.

No order is passed as to cost.
