Statement of Sh. Amit Gupta complainant recorded to the effect that he has received Demand Draft bearing No. 261716 dated 29.8.2016 of Karnataka Bank Ltd., for Rs. 40,000/- of from the opposite party as full and final settlement of the claim. Now he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
