The case is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

Both parties are present and represented through their respective Advocates.

The case is amicably settled by and between the parties whereby the O.P./Insurance Co. agrees to pay Rs.15 Lakh to the Complainant towards Personal Accident Compensation on the accidental death of the husband of the Complainant Late Uday Chakraborty within one month from this date.

Hence, ordered ………

That the case is disposed of on full and final settlement.

The case record be sent back to the regular bench of DCDRC, Bankura.
