Case record taken up today for hearing on admission. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the  complainant who alleged negligence and deficiency on service on the part of O.P for non issue of bill regularly to the complainant for consumption of electricity.

Perused the complaint petition and documents filed there with. The Advocate for the complainant has raised a prima facie case to be adjudicated within the jurisdiction of this Commission. Hence, Complaint petition is admitted.

            Issue notice accompanied with copy of complaint petition and documents filed there with, to the O.Ps with a direction to file their written version within 30 days of receiving of this notice. Put up on 28.08.2023 for filing of written version.
