                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

30.08.2022:               The case is fixed for hearing.  Perused the case records and found that the complainant-Sachidananda Patel is the owner of 6(six) nos. of vehicle bearing NO.OD16C-3590 No.OD16C-4790, vehicle bearing NO.OD16C-2690 vehicle bearing No. OD16C-2590, vehicle bearing NO.OD16C-4590 and vehicle bearing NO.OD16C-3790. The complainant files these 6(six) nos. of vehicle case vide C.C.No.41/2018, C.C.No.42/2018, C.C.No.43/2018, C.C.No.48/2018,     C.C.No.49/2018 and  C.C.No.50/2018 individually before this commission. All six numbers of vehicles are used for commercial purposes for which the complainant is not a consumer of the Opposite parties.

 

                                    On perusal of order of Hon’ble State Commission and in view of facts and circumstances the complaint of the complainant is not maintainable. Hence the present complaint is dismiss.

 

Order pronounced in the open court today the 30^th day of Aug’2022 under my hand seal of this Commission.
