No step is taken by the Complainant who is found absent on repeated call.

Hazira is filed on behalf of the O.P./BSNL Authority through Authorized Representative Ram Prasad Santra who is physically present before the Commission.

The Complainant is perhaps not interested to proceed with the case as it involves a petty claim which has already been adjusted by the BSNL Authority.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the case is disposed of accordingly.

Both parties be supplied copy of this judgement free of cost.
