Notices were sent to petitioner on the address given in the complaint and on the address given in the Revision Petition but both notices received back with postal remarks eft This Revision Petition was filed in the year 2008, which was placed by the Registry in the year 2013 before the Bench. Perusal of record further reveals that the District Forum dismissed complaint of the petitioner and during pendency of appeal petitioner withdrew his complaint. In such circumstances, we deem it appropriate to dismiss the Revision Petition as notices can not be served on the petitioner. Revision Petition stands dismissed in default.
