The complainant Pravasini Parida is present and files her Hazira. She also files memo, that as per the notice No. 514 dated 09.12.2019, she is present to receive the draft No. 180358 dated 26.11.2019 of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) and does not want to proceed with the case. On being asked, she also admitted the same. Her signature is identified by her Advocate. In view of the complainant SBI Draft which was diposited by the OP No.2 amounting to Rs. 2,00,000/- handed over to the complainant and the case is disposed off.
