It appears from the record that the complainant has filed the verified petition on 20.03.2023 and praying for withdrawal of the present case as the dispute between the parties have settled amicably.

The complainant himself submits that he does not want to proceed with the case any further.

Hence it is ordered that the complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution; but without cost.
