Final Order

 The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant is present. At the time of hearing on the point of admissibility of this complaint, it is detected by us that the address of the O.P., from whom service was availed of by the Complainant, does not fall within the Territorial Jurisdiction of this Ld Forum. No document is adduced by the Complainant that within the Territorial Jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum any cause of action or part cause of action has arisen. Admittedly, the O.P. has no branch office/ is not carrying business for gain/ has registered or any branch office within Territorial Jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum.

Therefore as the complaint hits the Territorial Jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum the complaint cannot be admitted.

Hence

It is ordered that the complaint is dismissed being barred by Territorial Jurisdiction in view of the Section 11(2) of the C.P. Act, 198 and without being admitted. However the Complainant is at liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum/ Court/ Commission, if not barred otherwise.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per C.P.R. 2005.
