Present:       Sh. G.K.Lalit, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. Karun Bhardwaj, Advocate for the OPs.

 

                    

                   Today Ld. President is on Addl. Duty at DCDRC, Bhiwani.

 

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that OPs had made the payment. Thus, he do not want to pursue with the present complaint and he withdraws the same.

                   In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.  

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
