Present counsel for the petitioner.  Costs of Rs. 5,000/- deposited in the name of Prime Minister Relief Fund.  The Registrar is directed to transmit the same to the said authority. 

There is a delay of eight days in filing the Revision Petition.  As the reasons detailed above and in the interest of justice, I hereby condone the delay. 

          Arguments heard.  At this stage, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Revision Petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum or Civil Court.

Permission is granted.  The petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum or Civil Court as per Law and in accordance with the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of “Laxmi Engineering Works v P.S.G. Industrial Institute [(1995) 3 SCC 583]” so far as the matter of limitation is concerned.

It is also made clear that nothing will debar the petitioner to approach HUDA Authorities with the prayer to give him a hearing patiently.
