DHR files a petition praying to withdraw the awarded cheque in the name of DHR deposited by the JDR , this day .The DHR himself is present today and is agree to receive the awarded cheque of Rs 1,53,213/- dated 13.11.2014 in the name of DHR as claimed for full and final satisfaction. The DHR submits Xerox copy of voter ID along with original of his identification. After verification of identification of DHR the original voter ID is returned back to the DHR. DHR also stated in his petition that after receiving the cheque mentioned above he will have no further claim in this case.

Hd. Considered, the prayer of the DHR of withdrawal of  awarded cheque is allowed.

The cheque of Rs 1,53,213/- vide cheque No 602486 dated 13.11.2014 is handed over to the DHR on proper receipt and proper identification through his Ld. Lawyer.

In view of the above discussion there is no bar to dispose of the case on full satisfaction.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

that the Execution Application No. 11/2014 be and the same is disposed on full satisfaction.
