None present on behalf of the complainant.

It appears from the record that this case is pending for admission hearing since 2020, thereafter during pandemic period complainant also remains absent and thereafter complainant was show caused by this Commission and this Commission allows several times for filing reply of show cause. In spite of that complainant remain absent without any step.

Hence, in my view, complainant is less interested to proceed with this complaint case.

Hence, it is

That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non taking step.
