In view of the statement of  Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if desires so. The Superintendent of this Forum is directed to return the original documents if any to the complainant against proper receipt. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
