ORDER

Complainants present in person.  It appears that the price of the plot is inflated one.  Complainants submit that they had paid Rs. 23,50,288/- and the total price of plot was Rs. 24,52,725/-. 

At this stage, Complainants want to withdraw this case and file it before the State Commission.  Liberty is granted to them to approach the State Commission for filing a fresh complaint.

 As prayed by the Complainants, Rs. 5,000/- Court Fee be returned to the Complainants.  The file and the documents (spare sets) be returned to them, as per Law.

The Consumer Complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
