                The complainant filed this case with the allegation that there was medical negligence on the part of o.ps. and since the complainant did not get any relief in spite of having the treatment obtained from o.ps. the complainant filed this case praying for direction upon the o.ps. for compensation of Rs.20 lakhs and in support of the said contention the complainant filed some documents including the medical papers wherefrom it appears that the complainant for the last time was treated in the said hospital in the month of Feb. 2012 and after the lapse of statutory period of 2 years the complainant filed this case by manufacturing the case against the o.ps. that the doctor who treated the complainant is fake doctor and he has no qualification to treat any patient including the complainant. On the basis of the said fact the complainant filed this case.

                On perusal of the materials on record we find that the case is palpably barred by limitation and the complainant also failed to produce any documentary evidence that the doctor who treated the patient is a fake one. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case we hold that the case filed by the complainant has got no merit and the same is to be dismissed.

                That the CC No.86/2018 is dismissed in limini.
