Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant in default argument.

Complainant has not taken any steps even at 12:10 pm.

No show cause has been filed.

Op is prayed time on the ground of personal difficulties of the ld. Senior Lawyer. But facts remain that the complainant is not taking any steps since 12.11.2022. This case record was placed before the Lok Adalat on 12.11.2022. But even on that date the complainant was absent. The conduct  of the complainant is clearly reflecting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. In view of this position this District Commission is of the view that this case is to be dismissed.

In the result, it is accordingly,

Ordered

that  this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
