 On the date of admission hearing Ld. Adv for the complainant files one petition praying for withdrawal of the case and accordingly today one order has been passed, being order no. 02 dtd. 11.03.2022 wherein the case has been dismissed as withdrawn without being admitted.

Liberty is given to the complainant to file afresh, if not otherwise barred.
