As per the loan agreement entered into with the OP1 and respondent No.3, the loan is for business purpose. When such being the case, as per the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act person who contracts loan transaction for business purpose is not a consumer and he cannot maintain the complaint. Hence this complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.
