No one has appeared for the petitioner.

The case was not admitted.

On the perusal of the case record it is found that on 01.08.2024 during the time of hearing on admission the ld counsel of the complainant was directed to submit more relevant documents. But no document related to this case was submitted even on next 3 scheduled dates. Even today, like the previous date, petitioner side remains absent without any step.

In this circumstances, it is seemed that the petitioner side is not interested to in proceeding with this case.

Accordingly, the instant case/complaint stands dismissed for non-prosecution.  

Furnish copy of this judgment/order to the petitioner free of cost.

Make necessary entry in the TR.
