The case of the complainant is that on 16/5/2007  the complainant had deposited Rs.40,000/- and Rs.22,000/- vide receipt Nos.26967, 26968 respectively with opposite parties. Opposite parties had offered that the amount will be doubled  on 8/4/2009  and  will automatically doubled in every two years.  But they never returned the amount as offered.  So the complainant sent a lawyer notice on 10/2/2015 to the opposite parties.  But the offered amount  not returned so far.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The opposite parties are served notice properly.  But they were continuously absent.  So set exparte.

          3. The complainant is filed proof affidavit and three documents  produced.  It was marked as Exts.P1 series(2Nos.) to P3series.  Ext.P1series are the deposit receipts to prove the amount deposited with opposite parties.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and opposite parties are directed to pay the double amount covered by Ext.P1series (2 Nos.) with 12% interest from the date of filing till realization with cost Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
