Final Order / Judgement

Heard the Ld. Counsel of the complainant and perused the contents of the proposed amendment.

The Ld. Counsel of the complainant submits that the complainant through fonofide clerical mistake in typing the address of the Opp. Party was not put the correct address in the complaint petition of the complainant so submitted on 18/08/2016 to this Forum in connection with the present case. And further submits that the proposed amendment shall not cause any change of character of the complaint petition and rather shall be helpful in determining the case.

The stage of the complainant case is for appearance of the Opp. Party. Hence the prayer of the complainant to amend the prayer of the complainant petition is allowed.

With this Consumer Misc. Case No. 1 of 2016 stands disposed.
