          The Complainant is present and filed compromise petition. The Complainant agreed on the settled amount of Rs.2,87,845/- payable by the O.P. The O.P. also signed the agreement.

          The O.P. is directed to pay Rs. 2,87,845/- to the Complainant within a period of one month from the date of this settlement/order.

          Accordingly, the complaint case is closed as settled.
