This record is placed  before the Lok Adalat for its disposal. Both parties are preset by filing their haziras through the ld. Advocate respectively. The parties to this case has amicably settle the matter out of this Forum and in that background he has already filed a petition stating the fact that the complainant has already received the settlement amount of Rs.4,75,000=00. Today the joint petition filed by the parties and the same is considered and the prayer of disposing of this case with full and final satisfaction is also considered. With this observation the case record is disposed of through this Lok Adalat.
