This C.C. is coming on 10-04-2017 before us for hearing; in the presence of Sri. A. Venkata Ramana, Advocate for complainant; and of Sri. Kandibanda Srinivasu, Advocate for opposite parties No.1&2; upon perusing the material papers on record; upon hearing; this Forum passed the following:-

Suo motu advanced to this day.

Counsel for both parties filed joint memo and full satisfaction memo stating that, the opposite parties have arranged the draft for the agreed amount and the complainant has agreed to receive the same and requested to record the settlement and full satisfaction.  Full satisfaction recorded.

Hence this complaint is dismissed.
