It is seen that complainant remained absent on 15.4.11,19.5.11,27.6.11 and 18.7.11 and not taken any steps and for which hearing could not be taken up and hence presences that complainant probably not interested to proceed further with this case and hence the case is dismissed due to default of the complainant
