ORDER

The Case is put up to-day on the strength of a put up petition filed by the OP. The OP deposited a cheque bearing No.038067 Dt.05/06/2010 of Axis Bank amounting to Rs.1,59,122/-(Rupees one lac fifty nine thousand one hundred twenty two)only in favour of Fagulal Naik, Complainant/DHR of this case towards full and final settlement of C.C No.41/2006 and E.A Case No.9/2007. Complainant present through Advocate to received the above cheque. Issue him the above said cheque to the Complainant/DHR Fagulal Naik. Recall the Bailable Warrant issued against the OP/JDR. Sd/- Sd/- Sri Gouri Shankar Pradhan Miss Bhagyalaxmi Dora President. Member. Later Complainant/DHR received the cheque bearing No.038067 amounting to Rs.1,59,122(Rupees one lac fifty nine thousand one hundred twenty two)only full and final settlement of this proceeding and the proceeding is closed.
