EXTRACT OF ORDER

Dt.20.10.2016…         The case is taken up today on the strength of a letter filed by State Bank of India, Maharastra i.e. the above named opposite parties, where in specified that, on receipt of this forum notice with complaint, they have already been credited Rs.10,000/- to the account of complainant on dt.22.09.2016 in complying Misc. Case Application No.08/2016 pending in the file of this forum. The complainant neither appeared before this forum nor object the above letter of OP.s.

                        Submission considered. As the basis of case has already been redressed by the OP.s without any objection of complainant, at this stage it would abuse of law to proceed further with the case. Hence without going to the unwarranted details we dropped the Misc. Application as well as the above Consumer Complaint case accordingly.

                        No costs. Let the free copy be supplied to the parties concerned.
