None is present.

             From record it appears that on the last date learned counsel on behalf of petitioner informed this court that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case. On that day a further chance was given to the petitioner for appearance and to face cross-examination but he remain absent.

             Situated thus, I am of the view that none with the proceed with the case and accordingly the matter is dropped.
