ORDER

                  Persued the case record and found that the complainant is having multiple vehicles and uses the same for commercial purpose. The complainant has filed two nos of C.C. cases i.e. C.C. No.95/2020 & C.C. No.38/2020 in this commission. The contention of the Ops are found to be true and correct. It is found complainant has not come to the commission with clean hands. Hence, this C.C. is dismissed on contest.
