Today is fixed for S/R and appearance of the O.P.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant files a petition stating that after getting the notice of the complaint the O.P. contacted with the complainant and made a proposal for out of court settlement of his claim and as per the proposal of the O.P., the complainant is agreed for the out of court settlement and as a result the complainant is not willing to continue with this complaint and therefore prayer is made to pass an order to dismiss the complaint on full satisfaction, otherwise legal complications may arise.
As the complainant by filing a verified petition stating the above fact and is not willing to proceed with this complaint further as the grievance of the complainant has been settled out of this Forum, this Forum is of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.
Hence, it is
O r d e r e d
that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 140/2019 be and the same is disposed of on the ground of amicable settle. There is no order as to costs.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
