Today is fixed for hearing of this M.A. case which has been filed by complainant side of C.C. case No.107/2022 for passing direction to the O.p. to file documents which has been described in the schedule of the M.A. application. Ld. Advocates of both sides are found present. No W/O has been filed by O.p. side.

Heard both sides. Considered submission.

Perused the M.A. application.

On comparative studies of this M.A. application with the W.V. filed by O.p. in C.C. case No.107/2022 this District Commission finds that the O.p. has described this documents in their W.V. So, the complainant is entitled to get chance of making scrutiny and inspection of the said documents.

Considering these aspects the O.p. is directed to file the documents which has been described in the schedule of the M.A. application dated 19/12/2023.

In light of the observation made above this M.A. case is disposed off.

The O.p. is directed to produce the above noted documents in the case record of C.C. case No.107/2022 positively within next date.
