JUDGMENT /FINAL ORDER
Complainant above named filed this complaint against the aforesaid Opposite Parties praying for direction to pay Rs. 96,659/-, compensation amounting to Rs. 50,000/-, litigation cost amounting to Rs. 10,000/- and other reliefs.
She alleged that during the validity period of medical insurance policy under O.P No. 1 & 2 she continued her treatment and spent Rs. 96659/- but inspite of her prayer for reimbursement O.P No. 1 & 2 not yet allowed the same in her favour.
Hence, the Complainant filed this case.
Decisions with Reasons:-
Case was admitted on 10/05/2018.
Thereafter, 20/06/2024 was fixed for argument and BNA. On that Complainant was absent without any steps. She was asked to file Show Cause by 29/07/2024 as to why necessary order shall not be passed against her vide order no. 23 dated 20/06/2024.
But on the next date i.e. on 29/07/2024 Complainant did not take any steps nor filed Show Cause as per order no. 23 dated 20/06/2024.
Next date was fixed on 13/08/2024 i.e. today for order.
On perusal of record we find that Complainant not yet filed original documents relating to the dispute and for that reason we are unable to pass any final order on merit.
The conduct of the Complainant indicates that she is not willing to proceed with this case. In this situation we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.
In the result, present case fails.

That the present case be and the same vide no. CC/192/2018 is dismissed on contest against O.P No. 1 but without any order as to costs.
Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
