Both the parties by their respective counsels are present. At their stage, the Ld. Counsels of the complainant has filed an application for withdrawal the present case without any condition on the ground that he has no further intention to spread the case against the opposite party.

A copy of the application has also furnished to the Ld. Counsel of the Opp. Party. The Counsel of the Opp. Party orally submits that he has no objection to the application of the complainant.

Perused the withdrawal application of the complainant and also heard the Ld. Counsel of the parties of the case. Considering it, the prayers of complainant for withdrawal of the present case without any consideration is hereby allowed.

Accordingly the case is disposed of.
